Restaurant & Bar
The ingredients comprising the food served in the restaurant are all organically grown by the village in its own fields, including fruits and vegetables such as bananas, sweet potatoes, cassavas, celery, coriander, cucumber, papaya, pineapple, and radish. Additionally, the milk and cheese served in the restaurant comes from the town’s own organic dairy farm.
The restaurant’s cheaply priced menu includes both traditional Costa Rican meals and Western dishes. Typical Costa Rican fare includes rice, beans, fried plantains, and the meat of your choice. However, there are many vegetarian options available. The varied menu includes pancakes and spaghetti as well as gallo pinto (rice and beans with seasoning).

At night, the restaurant serves drinks of all kinds and many a time music will be put on after dinner so the locals, and of course the tourists, can go for a dance.
